§ 150.31 INSTRUMENTS REQUIRING APPROVAL.
   All instruments by which the legal title to real estate situated in the county is conveyed from one owner to a new owner shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator before the same is recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
