The currently enforced Minnesota State Building Code (Residential and Commercial), established pursuant to M.S. §§ 326B.101 to 326B.197, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted as the building code (hereinafter “code”) for the county. The Minnesota State Building Code is hereby incorporated in this subchapter as if fully set out herein.
