Unless otherwise specified herein, a person guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor pursuant to M.S. § 398.34 and as defined in M.S. § 609.02(3), as they may be amended from time to time. A person guilty of violating § 91.05(A)(4) herein, shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor as defined in M.S. § 609.02(4a), as it may be amended from time to time. All fines collected under this chapter shall be deposited into the County Park Fund.
