(A) It shall be lawful to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquors under Class A, B, C and D licenses during the following hours:
1. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight.
2. On Friday between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the following day.
3. On Saturday between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the next day. (Ord. 80-16, 11-12-1980)
4. For Classes A, C and D, on Sunday between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) P.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 80-16, 11-12-1980; amd. Ord. 2015-15, 4-26-2016)
For Class B, on Sunday between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 2015-15, 4-26-2016)
(B) On New Year's Eve alcoholic liquors may be sold at retail until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the following morning. (Ord. 74-12, 12-16-1974)
(C) There shall be no consumption of alcoholic liquors on any portion of the licensed premises after thirty (30) minutes from the time of closing as hereinabove stated. (Ord. 77-18, 3-14-1978)
