3-2-9: RESTRICTION ON NUMBER, CLASSIFICATION:
The total number and classification of liquor licenses to be issued in the City shall be, unless otherwise changed by action of the City Council, and are hereby set at:
   (A)   Eight (8) Class A licenses.
   (B)   Five (5) Class B licenses.
   (C)   Three (3) Class C licenses.
   (D)   Three (3) Class D licenses.
If any licensee holding a liquor license under the provisions of this chapter fails to renew his license, as by law provided, or the same is surrendered, cancelled, revoked or otherwise terminated, such license of any class shall not be restored if there are at least four (4) Class A licenses, five (5) Class B licenses, three (3) Class C licenses or three (3) Class D licenses in full force and effect.
