There are hereby created the following classifications of licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor:
(A) Class A License:
1. Class A licenses which authorize retail sale on the premises of alcoholic liquor for the consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
2. An additional fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be required of all holders of Class A licenses to engage in the sale of alcoholic liquors on Sunday during the hours of one o'clock (1:00) P.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight.
(B) Class B Licenses:
1. Class B licenses which authorize retail sale of alcoholic liquor but not for the consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such license shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 74-12, 12-16-1974)
2. An additional fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be required of all holders of Class B licenses to engage in the sale of alcoholic liquors on Sunday during the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 2015-15, 4-26-2016)
(C) Class C Licenses:
1. Class C licenses authorize the retail sale by clubs to members thereof on the premises specified of all alcoholic liquors. The annual fee for such licenses shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
2. An additional fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be required of all holders of Class C licenses to engage in the sale of alcoholic liquors on Sunday during the hours of one o'clock (1:00) P.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 74-12, 12-16-1974)
(D) Class D Licenses:
1. Class D licenses authorize the retail sale on the premises and for the consumption on the premises of beer and wine only. The annual fee for such license shall be eight hundred dollars ($800.00).
2. An additional fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) shall be required of all holders of Class D licenses to engage in the sale of beer and wine on Sunday during the hours of one o'clock (1:00) P.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 80-16, 11-12-1980)
(E) Class SD Licenses: Class SD licenses (single day licenses) shall authorize the retail sale for a single day of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for in such license. Class SD licenses shall be granted only upon the approval of the City Council and the Liquor Commissioner. The fee for such license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 88-12, 2-28-1989)
