3-2-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail within the City any alcoholic liquor without first having obtained a retail dealer's license for each location, place or premises where alcoholic liquor is sold or offered for sale. (Ord. 74-12, 12-16-1974)
