3-1-5: FIRE DEPARTMENT FUND:
Any and all sums so received under the provisions hereof shall form and constitute a fund to be kept separate by the Treasurer of the City for the maintenance, use and benefit of the Fire Department of the City. (Ord. 37, 3-9-1896)
