2-1-8: JURISDICTION:

The jurisdiction of the Board of Health shall extend over the City and to a point one-half (1/2) mile beyond the limits of the City, and all rules and regulations of the Board of Health, relating to sanitation and public health and the abatement of nuisances shall apply to and be in force over such territory. (Ord. 802, 7-10-1967)
