2-1-1: MEMBERS:

There is hereby established a department of the Municipal government of the City, to be known as the Board of Health, which shall consist of five (5) suitable and competent persons, including the Chief of Police, and at least one of whom shall be a licensed physician, to be appointed by the Mayor of the City with the advice and consent of the City Council. (Ord. 802, 7-10-1967)
