9-8-7: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay to the City not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each and every offense. (Ord. 80-19, 11-12-1980; amd. 2018 Code)
