9-8-1: DEFINITIONS:
Whenever in this chapter the following terms are used, they shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them in this section:
   COWLING: The forward positions of a snowmobile surrounding the motor and clutch assembly.
   OPERATE: To control the operation of the snowmobile.
   OPERATOR: A person who operates or is in actual control of the snowmobile.
   SNOWMOBILE: A self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on snow or ice in a natural terrain steered by wheels, skis or runners. (Ord. 80-19, 11-12-1980)
