Persons upon skates, rollerblades, skateboards or other toy vehicles may operate said toy vehicles on the roadway during daylight hours only, provided there is no obstruction of traffic. No person shall operate any toy vehicle upon the streets around the public square or on Highway 136 or Highway 94.
Electric motorized scooters may be ridden by persons ten (10) years of age or older, provided there is no obstruction of traffic. Such scooters must be of electric battery power only. No gas powered scooters allowed. No person shall operate said scooters upon the streets around the public square or on Highway 136 or Highway 94. (Ord. 2005-15, 4-12-2005; amd. 2018 Code)
