8-8-12-9: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provisions of sections 8-8-12-1 through 8-8-12-10 of this section 8-8-12 shall be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense. (Ord. 76-9, 10-25-1976, eff. 11-1-1976; amd. 2018 Code)
