8-8-12-8: NOTICE OF RATES:

A copy of this section 8-8-12 properly certified by the City Treasurer, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hancock County, and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the sewerage system of said City on their properties. (Ord. 76-9, 10-25-1976, eff. 11-1-1976)
