8-2-7: OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALK:

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed upon any improved sidewalk of the City any obstructions, or to neglect to remove the same within twenty four (24) hours after notice or request to remove the same by any officer or citizen of the City. (Ord. 20, 12-5-1908; amd. 1979 Code)
