The Waterworks and Sewage Department is given full and complete authorization to use the streets, alleys, rights-of-way or any other property of the City for the purpose of installation and maintenance of varied water and/or sewer lines, water supplies and water treatment facilities.
The installation, repair or replacement of any private driveways that cross City property shall be the full responsibility of the property owner and the City shall not have any responsibility in such installation, repair or replacement.
The City will repair and replace private driveways that cross City property that are gravel and/or asphalt if such repair or replacement is necessary as the result of installation of utility services approved by the City. This provision will not apply to any driveways that cross City property that are composed of concrete. (Ord. 2000-20, 3-27-2001)
