9-9-10: RECOGNITION OF OTHER JURISDICTION REGISTRATIONS:

The City of Carthage shall recognize registrations from other jurisdictions, so as long as the registration is current and valid, the vehicle complies with regulations and requirements of this chapter and the owner and/or operator's home address is from the municipality where the vehicle is registered.
