Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined a minimum of seventy five dollars ($75.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense; a minimum of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second offense; a minimum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the third offense and a minimum of one hundred seventy five dollars ($175.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each additional offense per twelve (12) month period.
