6-3-8: PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY:
The parent or guardian of any minor claiming ownership of any dog shall be deemed to be the owner of such animal and shall be charged for all penalties and fees imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 2015-3, 9-22-2015)
