It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of public indecency. A person who performs any of the following acts in a public place commits a public indecency. (1979 Code; amd. 2018 Code)
(A) An act of sexual intercourse; or
(B) An act of deviate sexual conduct; or
(C) A lewd exposure of the body done with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desires of the person; or
(D) A lewd fondling or caress of the body of another of either sex.
A public place for the purposes of this section shall mean any place where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others. (1979 Code)
