6-2-25: PROSTITUTION:

It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an act of prostitution. Any person who performs, offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money commits an act of prostitution:

(A) Any act of sexual intercourse; or

(B) Any act of deviate sexual conduct. (1979 Code)
