6-2-16: GAMBLING:

(A) Gambling Houses: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep a house, shop or place resorted to for the purpose of gambling, or to permit any person in any house, room, shop or other place under his control or care to play cards, dice, faro, roulette or other game for money, drink or thing.
