6-2-15: FIREWORKS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to set off or discharge any cracker, torpedo, rocket, squib or other fireworks without the permission of the City Mayor/police/Fire Chief. (Ord. 13, 12-5-1908; amd. 2018 Code)
