6-2-12: EXHIBITIONS; INCITE VIOLENCE:
It shall be unlawful and be deemed a nuisance for any person, within the City, to engage in or cause or permit the showing, exhibition or exposure or representation, either by picture or act or otherwise in any way, of any prize fight or other fight, or combat between persons or between any person and an animal, or of a sparring or boxing match of a bull, fowl or animal contest or fight, or of a train or other robbery either of person, house or otherwise, or of a murderous attack or assault, or of any scene or representation which may or shall have a tendency to excite race hatred, or which may or has a tendency to inculcate, expose or exhibit immorality or vice, or which in anywise may be offensive to the public peace or decency or against good order or morals.
