6-1-8: USE OF COUNTY JAIL:
Until such time as the City shall procure a prison of its own, the County Jail of Hancock County, Illinois, shall be used for the safe keeping of all persons under arrest. (Ord. 9, 12-5-1908; amd. 1979 Code; 2018 Code)
