Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense and for each offense thereafter not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
