3-2-20: EMPLOYING MINORS:
   (A)   It is unlawful to permit any person under the age of nineteen (19) years to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor as an employee of any retail licensee; in the sale, distribution, packaging, delivery of alcoholic liquors, no liquor licensee licensed by the City may employ, with or without compensation, or in any way directly or indirectly use the services of a person under the age of nineteen (19) years.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of nineteen (19) years unless accompanied by a parent or other authorized legal guardian to be in or on any premises where the principal business includes the sale of alcoholic liquors other than wine and beer.
