3-2-18: SALES TO MINORS, CERTAIN PERSONS:
   (A)   No licensee nor any officer, associate, member or representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years, or to any intoxicated person or to any person known by him to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, mentally ill, mentally deficient or in need of mental treatment. No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor, shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years, except in the performance of a religious ceremony or service.
   (B)   Any person of legal age who shall purchase alcoholic liquor for the purpose of giving or delivering any of said alcoholic liquor to any minor or any person not entitled to the same because of age or otherwise as hereinabove provided, within the City, except the parent or legal guardian of such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Any person to whom the sale, gift or delivery of alcoholic liquor is prohibited because of age shall not purchase or accept a gift of alcoholic liquor. (Ord. 74-12, 12-16-1974; amd. 1979 Code)
