TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 110.04 PERIOD OF LICENSE; DUE DATE.
   Licenses shall be valid for a 12-month period beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Licenses issued after July 1 shall be valid until July 1 of the following year.
