TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 110.01 DEFINITIONS.
   When used in this chapter, terms are defined as follows:
   ADMINISTRATOR. The Town Manager or his or her designee.
   BUSINESS. Each trade, occupation, profession, business and franchise licensed under this chapter.
   PERSON. A natural person, trustee, executor, other fiduciary, corporation, unincorporated association, partnership, sole proprietorship, company, firm or other legal entity.
