TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 31.082 HIRING, SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall have the duty of hiring persons as may be necessary to man the Police Department and to provide the town with adequate police protection, together with the duty of discharging the members.

   (B)   The Chief of Police, subject to the general supervision of the Town Manager, is held responsible for the discipline, good order, and proper conduct of the Department.
