TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 93.12 HEARING.
   The Town Manager or designee shall hold a hearing, at which time the property owner may be heard regarding the nuisance. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Town Manager or designee may issue an order requiring that the nuisance(s) be abated in no less than seven calendar days.
