TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 31.006 STAFF; FINANCIAL AUTHORITY.
   The Town Manager, or his or her designee, shall serve as staff to the Planning Board, shall attend all meetings, and shall advise the Board on all matters of business appearing before it. No financial liability in the name of the town shall be incurred by the Planning Board without the approval of the Board of Commissioners or the Town Manager.
