Within 30 days after appointment, the Planning Board shall elect its Chairperson from the appointed members, and create and fill the other of its offices as it may determine. The term of the Chairperson shall be one year with eligibility for reelection. The Planning Board shall hold at least one regular meeting per quarter which shall be open to the public, at a time and place established by the Planning Board. The Planning Board shall adopt rules of procedure for transaction of business and shall keep a record of all actions and proceedings, which shall be a public record.
