§ 112.61 MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION SOLICITATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any agent, representative, or person to solicit on the streets, at the homes, in offices of places of business in the corporate limits of the town, any subscription to any magazine, periodical publication, or any printed matter to be delivered by mail.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to or affect local school children soliciting subscriptions in support or behalf of any local public school project, and shall not apply to newspapers, or to any local person soliciting same in support or behalf of any local church or any project of the church.
