TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 112.45 ADVERTISING; SIGNS.
   No sign shall be exhibited for more than two days before the sale. No sign shall be placed on utility poles, on street rights-of-way, or on private property other than the site of the sale. All signs must comply with town regulations and no more than two signs may be used at the site of the sale.
