§ 112.43 TIME OF SALE.

Sales shall only be held Monday through Saturday, between the hours of sunrise and sunset. If any sale must be postponed due to inclement weather or some other reasonable cause, the Town Clerk may issue, without charge, another permit to be used on a specified date within 30 days from the original sale.
