§ 112.24 APPEAL FROM REFUSAL OF ISSUANCE.
   Within 21 days after application for a license, the Town Clerk shall issue the license, or state the reasons for not issuing the license in writing to the applicant. Upon receipt of the notice of refusal, or after the expiration of 21 days from the filing of the application for the license, the applicant may file an appeal with the Board of Commissioners for reconsideration of the application for license. The appeal must be made within 30 days of the notice of refusal, or within 45 days after the application for the license, whichever is less.
