(A) The license issued under this subchapter shall be posted conspicuously in the place of business named therein. In the event that the applicant desires to do business in more than one place within the town, separate licenses may be issued for each place of business, and shall be posted conspicuously in each place of business.

(B) Any itinerant merchant conducting business shall have a display area with a tent not less than ten feet by ten feet. No items are to be displayed on automobiles, trucks, tractors, or the ground.
