TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 112.16 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for a transient merchant, itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor, as defined in § 112.15, to engage in the business within the town without first obtaining a license in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
