TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 112.03 DOOR-TO-DOOR ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, or other seller of merchandise to go in, or on, private residences or the premises thereof, within the town without first having been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant, for the purpose of advertising, peddling, or selling merchandise.
