§ 96.39 SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTION.

Police officers observing unreasonable obstructions of sidewalks as a result of a parade or demonstration, so that pedestrians are unreasonably hindered or forced to step into the street, shall take reasonable steps to make the sidewalk available for pedestrian travel.
