§ 96.37 PARKING.
   The Chief of Police, when reasonably necessary, may prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street or highway constituting a part of the route of a parade or demonstration. The Chief of Police shall cause signs to be posted to this effect, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation thereof. No person shall be liable for parking on a street if the signs are posted less than 24 hours in advance.
