(A) The town has the authority and responsibility to establish and enforce rules and regulations governing use of the parks, including hours of operation, proper activities, scheduling of events, activities, and exhibitions, and designation of activity areas.
(B) A copy of the rules and regulations governing the use of the park may be obtained from the Town Hall. A violation of any rules and regulations established by the town shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
