TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 94.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Any beer, malt, wine, spirit, liquor, or other beverage whose sale is regulated and licensed by the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
   FOOTPATH. Any path or trails maintained for pedestrians.
   PARKS. Nancy Kiser Park and Caviness Park.
   PEDESTRIAN. A person afoot.
   PERMIT. Any written license issued by or under the authority of the Department, permitting the performance of a specified act.
