TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 94.01 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE; SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.
   (A)   This chapter is enacted pursuant to G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 18.
   (B)   This chapter shall regulate the use and occupancy and the conduct of persons in or upon all public recreation areas owned by the town.
