TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 30.31 MAYOR PRO TEM.
   (A)   At the first meeting after their election, the Board of Commissioners shall designate a Commissioner as Mayor Pro Tem.
   (B)   The Mayor Pro Tem shall have no fixed term of office, but as such, shall perform all duties of the Mayor in the Mayor’s absence or disability.
