(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle or conveyance in the corporate limits of the town upon either side or any place on a public street and highway within the area described as follows:
(1) Beginning at the intersection of McNeil and Saunders Streets, and extending south to the lower drive of 302 South McNeil Street; and

(2) Parking is prohibited along the north side of Monroe Street (NC 24/27) from its intersection with McNeil Street (NC 22) eastward to its intersection with Isley Street (SR 1802).

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle or conveyance in the corporate limits of the town in two parking spaces directly in front of the First Baptist Church of Carthage from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
