TOWN OF CARTHAGE
§ 72.02 DOUBLE PARKING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park and leave standing any vehicle back of another vehicle parked on the streets of the town or allow any vehicle to stand on the streets so as to block or interfere with the movement or passage of other vehicles.
